Shipping Policy
At El Molcajete de México, all our products are handmade and require a preparation time of 1 to 3 business days before shipping.
National Shipments (Mexico):

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 8 business days , depending on the destination.

International Shipping:

Delivery time may vary depending on the country and type of service selected.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred in their country at the time of delivery.
Tracking and monitoring: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their package.
Incorrect addresses or returned packages: If the package is returned to our workshop due to an incorrect address or lack of information, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the new shipment.
Our products are shipped perfectly protected. In case of:
Damaged product:
If your product arrives damaged, you have up to 24 hours after receiving it to report it to aldo.cortesgz@gmail.com, including clear photographs of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost .
Lost package:
If your package hasn't arrived and the tracking shows no progress, please contact us at aldo.cortesgz@gmail.com. We will file a report with the shipping company and, after validation, we will send you another product or a refund in the form of a coupon, according to your preference.
Exchanges and Returns
As these are handcrafted and limited edition pieces, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
A replacement or refund (in the form of a gift voucher) will only be issued in the following cases:

It arrived with visible damage (reported within the first 24 hours).

The validity of the refund coupons will be 30 calendar days .

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payments:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After it is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
