What material are the products made of?

We use two types of natural stone: volcanic stone and enclosure stone.

Volcanic stone is porous, fire-resistant, and perfect for preparing both hot and cold foods.

The enclosure stone has a tighter pore size, which enhances the design and finish of the figures, although it is not suitable for direct fire.



How long will it take to receive my International order?

Once you place your order, please allow 8-10 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 3-12 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Preparation times?

We process orders from Monday to Friday.

If we have the product in stock, it will be shipped the next day

If not, please note that as these are handmade products, orders will be processed within 8 to 10 business days from the date of the order and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my domestic (Mexico) order?

Once you place your order, please allow 8-10 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 2 and 5 business days for delivery in national territory (Mexico).

What happens if my product arrives damaged or I don't receive it?

Your purchase is protected by a warranty against damage or loss. In case of damage, you must report it with photographs within the first 24 hours of receiving it. If the package does not arrive, we will follow up to resolve the issue.

What if I live in a hard-to-reach or remote area?

In some cases, shipping companies apply additional charges for delivery to extended areas. If this applies to you, we will inform you as soon as possible to confirm if you wish to proceed with the shipment.
