Before using it, it needs to be cured:

✔️ Dry it well and place it on the stove over low heat.

✔️ Add a little vegetable oil and spread it with a napkin or brush.

✔️ Heat the griddle over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes until the oil is absorbed.

✔️ Let it cool and repeat the process once more for better curing.

✔️ It works well with stoves, charcoal and embers, but not with electric or induction stoves.

✔️ To wash it, use water, a brush, and mild soap.
