📦 How do we package our products?
Our products are made from volcanic stone, a durable material that can fracture or be damaged if it receives a strong impact or is dropped. In addition, its weight requires special care during transport. That is why we pay special attention to packaging each piece, carefully protecting it so it can travel as safely as possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible and send us photos of the product and packaging. We will review your case and provide the assistance needed to find a solution.
🪨 What materials are our products made of, and how are they crafted?
Our products are handcrafted from volcanic stone sourced from the state of Puebla, Mexico. Each piece is made with care and retains the stone's natural characteristics, so small variations in texture, tone, shape, and finish may occur, making every product unique.
